Is there a free trial or tier?

We don't offer a free tier. If you want to understand more about Idea Cube, please get in touch with us to arrange a demo or sandbox environment.

Can I use Idea Cube for a one-off event?

Innovation should be continuous. However, if you have specific requirements, please contact us to see how we can help.

What payment methods are supported?

We use Stripe for payment processing, which supports most major credit cards.

We can offer invoicing for organisations on the Enterprise plan only. Payments are via Australian bank transfer.

How can I change my plan or team member count?

Your organisation's administrator can increase the plan and team member count anytime. The changes will be immediate.

Reductions in plans or team member count apply in the next billing cycle.

What hours are support available?

Support is available on weekdays between 8:30 am - 5:30 pm Australian Eastern Time (AEST/AEDT), excluding public holidays in Victoria, Australia.

Where is my data processed and stored?

Data is processed and stored in Australia.

Can you complete my organisation's vendor risk assessment or a similar questionnaire?

We can complete most assessments/questionnaires under our Enterprise plan. Please contact our team to review your specific requirements by emailing hello@ideacube.io.
